The right details for IST and SAW
Istanbul Airport is on the European side; Sabiha Gökçen is on the Asian side. Use the ticket’s IST or SAW code rather than simply “Istanbul airport”. Include flight number, arrival date and time, and full destination address. Check the date carefully for flights crossing midnight.
Meeting point, luggage and flight changes
Confirm the terminal meeting point and contact before travel. Large bags, pushchairs and child seats affect vehicle choice. Share flight changes and check when waiting starts, what allowance is included and the overtime terms. Terminal assistance can be discussed separately as Meet & Greet.
Transfer pricing and the return journey
Vehicle category, airport, destination and extra stops determine the quote. Give a full address, not only Taksim, Beşiktaş or Kadıköy. Identify a different return hotel or an IST–SAW connection separately. A transfer differs from hourly hire; if the car stays afterward, ask about the two-hour minimum allocation.
