Count both guests and the luggage or equipment they will bring. VIP seat conversions can change capacity. Exhibition materials, musical equipment or numerous large suitcases should be described by size and quantity before the vehicle is assigned.

Multiple hotels and flights
List arrival times separately when delegates take different flights. For hotel pickups, specify the stop order, departure time and group coordinator. At venues such as Lütfi Kırdar or TÜYAP, confirm the entrance and vehicle waiting arrangements with the organiser.
Transfer or a vehicle for the day
A one-way event transfer differs from retaining the chauffeur for the day. Include the return time, intermediate trips and late finish in your request. Hourly hire starts at two hours; the daily allowance, overtime and parking scope belong in the quote. Smaller groups can consider Vito VIP.

Can the whole group travel in one Sprinter?
Check passenger numbers, luggage and the actual seat layout together. If one vehicle does not fit the full load, request an additional vehicle or a different group plan.
What details do I need to request a booking?
Send date, time, pickup, destination, stops, passengers, luggage and vehicle preference. Confirm availability, service scope and total price before completing your booking.
What if my itinerary or vehicle needs change?
Send revised times, route or passenger details to your booking contact. Confirm any extra time, vehicle change and cancellation terms against the updated quote.
